Supplier Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms on which Audi Breaker Yards ("we", "our", "us") provides Audi parts lead notifications to you, the supplier. By creating a supplier account you accept these terms. Please read them carefully — they are written in plain English so you know exactly where you stand.

The short version

There's no contract and no lock-in. You only pay for the leads you choose to unlock — and your first 20 are free. The optional £200/month exclusivity is the only ongoing commitment, and even that you can cancel whenever you like. To leave, just click the unsubscribe link in any lead email and you're off the list straight away. Everything below simply explains how it works and how we both look after the customer's details.

1. What we provide

We send you notifications when a buyer enquires about an Audi part through our website. Each notification tells you the part, model and year requested. When you choose to unlock a lead, we reveal the customer's contact details so you can quote them directly.

Leads are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, that the customer will respond, or that the details the customer entered are accurate or complete. We are not a party to any sale you go on to make — your contract is directly with the customer.

2. Credits & payment

  • Your first 20 unlocks are free when you join. There is nothing to pay to start receiving and unlocking leads.
  • After your free unlocks are used, each unlock costs £6. Credits are prepaid — you top up your balance and each unlock draws one credit.
  • You may instead choose whole-site exclusivity at £200 per month, under which every lead is routed to you alone and no other breaker sees it.
  • An unlocked lead is non-refundable, because once you unlock it the customer's details have already been revealed to you. This applies even if the customer does not reply or the sale does not complete.

3. Data protection (UK GDPR)

When you unlock a lead you receive the customer's personal data — their name, phone and email — solely to respond to that specific enquiry. You agree that:

  • You will not resell, share, or pass that data to any other party.
  • You will not re-market to the customer or add them to mailing lists beyond what is needed to answer their enquiry.
  • You will not retain the data for longer than is necessary, and you will handle it lawfully and securely in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • For the data you receive, you act as an independent controller and are responsible for your own compliance.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. We may pause or remove suppliers who misuse leads, breach the data-handling terms above, or bring the marketplace into disrepute. We will tell you the reason where we reasonably can.

5. Unsubscribing

You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any lead email. You will come off the list immediately. Any prepaid credits remaining at that point are governed by the refund position in section 2 — unlocked leads are non-refundable, but unused credits can be discussed with us at info@audibreakeryards.co.uk.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and our pricing from time to time. Where changes are material we will give you reasonable notice by email. Continued use of your supplier account after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
