The process is straightforward and takes under two minutes:

1. 1Submit your enquiry — enter your vehicle registration mark (VRM), year, model, and the specific part you need. We use the VRM to verify it resolves to an Audi and to match your enquiry to the right generation.
2. 2We route to vetted Audi specialists — your enquiry is distributed to breakers in our network who match your part category. Suppliers only receive enquiries for parts in their area of stock.
3. 3Breakers who have the part respond — suppliers contact you directly with a quote, a part condition description, and delivery options. You're not waiting for a middleman to pass messages back and forth.
4. 4You compare and buy — choose the quote that works best for you. Your contract is directly with the supplier. We're not the seller, so there's no platform mark-up on the part price.

Vetting & Trust

Not every breaker who applies to join the network gets in. We vet on several criteria before a supplier receives their first enquiry:

• –UK-based trading entity — company or sole trader registered and operating in the UK.
• –Response-time commitment — suppliers agree to respond to relevant enquiries within a defined window or the lead is passed on.
• –Refund record — we track refund requests. Suppliers with consistently high refund rates (stale stock, unresponsive quotes) are reviewed.
